2L Canada Dry® Ginger Ale
2, 16 oz fresh blackberries ( divided )
1 lime + 2 tbs lime juice
Crushed Ice
4 tbs corn syrup
1 bunch rosemary ( optional garnish )
Directions

1. Make blackberry skewers by removing leaves from rosemary stem and pushing a toothpick through the blackberries ( 1 of the 16 oz ) . Then thread several berries on to each rosemary stem.

 

2. Make BlackBerry Puree: Add 16oz of blackberries, lime juice and corn syrup to the blender and puree.Pour puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.Refrigerate if you are not using right away.

 

3. Add 8 oz. of vodka to 2 liters of Canada Dry Ginger Ale® .

 

4. Spoon 3 tablespoons of blackberry puree into the bottom of each glass.

 

5. Top puree with a thick layer of crushed ice.

 

6. Gently pour drink mix over the ice.

 

7. Garnish with blackberry skewers and lime slices.
